Great weekend stay for Alumni activities at the University of Arizona. Location was perfect with several restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Mark was a wonderful host and communicated well with check-in instructions. Home was clean and had everything we needed.

Of all the times we’ve used VRBO this was a difficult experience:

We arrived at rental property at 4PM with confirmation # and keys to the property. Unfortunately there was some one else in the house. He showed up an hour before us and his stay was three days longer. Home owner appeared on scene and stated he had no idea we had rented his property. After numerous phone calls VRBO put us up at a local hotel for one night , asked the home owner to cancel our reservation so they could refund us. He refused because he felt they were at fault. We really do not know who was to blame. All we know is VRBO refunded us full amount Friday, Nov 25.

Better than abvertized

Very roomy 2 bedroom bungalow. We were traveling with another couple and we're pleased that it was larger than expected. Owner went out of his way to purchase a coffee pot for us. Kitchen was well supplied. Only negative was lack of major network coverage on the internet tv, but a couple of days without news was good for our nerves.
