Formal Complaint – Motel 6 Tucson (1010 S Freeway)
To Whom It May Concern,
I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my stay at Motel 6, located at 1010 S Freeway, Tucson, AZ 85714, from July 12 through July 21, 2025, in Room 106.
Despite notifying staff that I would be paying late on July 21, I was treated aggressively. The manager banged on my door while I was in the restroom, threatened police action, and forced me out into the rain—even after I had paid $57.45 via Apple Pay. She promised a refund but later refused. I have still not been reimbursed.
The room was also unsanitary, with visible mold, roaches, spiders, and other insects. Staff throughout my stay were rude, untrained, and uninterested in helping guests. Most sat at the front desk on their phones, unable to provide accurate information.
I am requesting:
- A full refund of $57.45 paid via Apple Pay on July 21
- A formal apology
- A review of staff behavior and training
- Written acknowledgment of this complaint
