We liked the area and facility, but we're appalled by the fact that no one did anything when we reported failure of the lock on our room two days into our stay. We got put on hold when we called the customer service number, then engaged in a fruitless text exchange with a robot; no one ever addressed the problem, and we're still waiting for a call back, although st this point we've checked out. The last thing you want to do on your vacation is to be put on hold, the decent thing for them to do would have been to admit, "Sorry, Buster, you're on your own".
