Start each day with a morning cup of coffee on the patio and soak up the desert views. When it is time to head out, guests can enjoy access to a Starr Pass Country Club membership that includes access to 27 holes of golf for a greens fee! When mealtimes come around, the chef of the group will be able to easily show off their skills in the fully equipped kitchen that includes a breakfast bar. Guests of the adjoining suite can enjoy the use of a minifridge for their own personal beverages. Additional guest amenities include a private washer/dryer and board games for guest enjoyment. Clean, spacious, and with character

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We were in town for a conference at the Marriott Starr Pass which was sold out. We were able to easily commute to the hotel via the golf shuttle (or even walk when weather cooperated.) Property itself is very clean, well appointed, spacious, and has a charming southwestern design. The two bedrooms can serve as independent units if need be--affording plenty of privacy and toom. If you're looking for a golf casita in this area, I definitely recommend.

Less than zero customer service

We liked the area and facility, but we're appalled by the fact that no one did anything when we reported failure of the lock on our room two days into our stay. We got put on hold when we called the customer service number, then engaged in a fruitless text exchange with a robot; no one ever addressed the problem, and we're still waiting for a call back, although st this point we've checked out. The last thing you want to do on your vacation is to be put on hold, the decent thing for them to do would have been to admit, "Sorry, Buster, you're on your own".

Fabulous casita

This is a great casita. Two separate bedrooms (each side of living room) each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. Great pots and pans with lots of dishes to cook great meals. The patio is great and the sunrise is beautiful. It’s only a 3 min walk to the pool and hot tub as well as the golf shop. It was super clean.

This is a very nicely updated property that is well situated in Tucson. Lots of outdoor activities available within walking distance and easy driving access to the downtown and campus areas.

Great property, not-so-great customer service

The property is great--we went on spring break and wanted to do a lot of hiking and outdoor activities. We don’t golf, but the pool was nice and of course it’s super close to Saguaro NP, the Arizona Sonora-Desert Museum, etc. It was clean and easy to check into, etc. My only (big) complaint was dealing with the management company (Vacasa). My wife had to give a work presentation the morning of our checkout via Zoom. I called and asked for an additional half hour late checkout, explaining that we weren’t using that time for superfluous reasons, but that she needed a quiet place with reliable internet for this. Point blank: no late checkouts due to COVID cleaning. I tried again (because I’m persistent) and got the same answer. So, finally, I went full Karen and insisted that housecleaning could certainly wait 30 minutes to start our casita, because they surely would be starting on others they had to do. Instantly they agreed to put a note into local management asking for our property to be put at the end of the queue. They additionally assured me a call back, since this was hours before I needed the late check out. The phone call never came, not even as a courtesy. I spoke to the house cleaners directly as they started other casitas and they assured me they would let my wife finish her presentation undisturbed. I understand that we’re living in unprecedented times, and my family has taken COVID very seriously (this was our first vacation in over a year). My disappointment came with what felt like an utter lack of customer service on the part of Vacasa. I won’t be booking with them again.
