Occupied the unit during my internship with Texas Instruments. Jim was an amazing host and went above and beyond for me getting me settled and assisted me when I reached out for personal help. Great experience overall and wonderful amenities. Loved the location and would highly recommend.

Great one bedroom condo

*The Kolb and Sunrise location is convenient for everything we need. The full-time residents are friendly. We enjoyed the two pools and hot tubs. The host resolved any issue we had within minutes. The "smart" TV enabled us to download our applications. Highly recommend!
