Home was clean. The parking situation is not the best, with the neighboring duplex, and one of the guests has to park on the road. Everything worked as it should. Check-in and out were easy. The host was easy to get ahold of if there was an issue.

It was a perfect location and size for my husband and myself along with our trusted family dog! The back yard was surprisingly nice for our pet. She enjoyed running after the squirrel that lived the big beautiful tree in the backyard.

Don’t do it. Not worth the money

The duplex smelt like there was a cat. We complained 7:00pm and we were told the cleaner were coming at 9:00pm that night. We left and came back at 1 am and the place wasn’t clean. We had left by Uber and when we had came back the other side of the duplex had blocked our car in by parking where they should have not parked. This prevented us from leaving. My friend is allergic to cats. The front door did not have a way of locking to prevent being opened from the outside. We moved the couch to block the door at night. The sliding door did not have away theft prevention. We took the broom apart and put the stick in the door at night. The floor near the trash can in the kitchen and near the couch had debris. For the lack of cleanliness we did not use anything in the kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is broken. The toilet and shower are stained. And the sink bowl is damaged. The plug in the bathroom didn’t not power my flat iron and cloth steamer at the same time. The hall bathroom had hair on the sink. The door is damaged so it would not shut completely. The shower curtain was dirty as well as the toilet was dirty. I did call this morning at 1am when we returned back to the rental and once again the other side of the duplex was parked where we could not park. I called the office and I was informed the message would be received on Monday. What was I supposed to do about parking till Monday? I called back 15 mins later I was transferred to the rep for this location i
