I reserved 2 rooms through Expedia at this hotel for my sister, her husband and my nephew. When they got to the hotel, they were told that the reservation showed as being cancelled by Expedia and that they were sold out of rooms. Absolutely unacceptable! We had to scramble to find them another room, which fortunately, we did using a different booking service.

The room wasn’t clean at all. There was duct tape on the window from where it was broken also wedged with a metal bar so it couldn’t be opened since the latch was broken. The lamp didn’t even have a lamp shade on it. There was no shampoo or conditioner offered. You had to ask for a blanket on the bed! There was also roaches and mold in the bathroom. It was absolutely ridiculous. This place needs to be shut down!

We ended up leaving and finding a different hotel. When we entered the lobby, it smelled like cigarette smoke. When we got off the elevator, there was a different terrible smell. When we entered the room, there was a third terrible smell. The carpet was very stained. It looked like a wall-mounted light had been ripped off the wall without repairs being made. The sheets did not look fresh and neat. There were no blankets or comforters. Each bed had only one small, lumpy pillow. It looked rundown and uncomfortable, so we left. I wish I had thought to take pictures before we left. (Of course, what we had paid was nonrefundable.)

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen, and I couldn’t even stay there it was so filthy and run down and it looked like a den of drug dealers and prostitutes and did not feel safe at all, so I left very shortly after arriving. I definitely could not have slept there. I later learned that it had gotten the very worst reviews on Google. So I learned a hard lesson to always check reviews before booking a hotel. I use Expedia all the time and this is the only bad hotel I ever booked with Expedia but as some of the Google reviews also mentioned this is way below the standards of Expedia which normally only books people with nice hotels. As some of the other reviewers also pointed out, this hotel needs to be shut down by the city of Tulsa. It needs to be condemned. The only thing it could be useful for would be for filming a horror movie.

The room was okay but my window was boarded up with drywall and a peephole looking out into the parking lot. A LOT of homeless walking around. Very sketchy vibe. There was a fight at 2.20 a.m. that banged against my wall/ door for at least 10 minutes. Couldn't sleep all night. I had to get up early so i might have gotten 4 hours sleep, maybe. This may be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
