Enjoy Mint!

Mint is the perfect place for a quiet stay with lots of personality. It is a 1600 SF modern ranch style home with modern amenities and close proximity to many Tulsa destinations.

- Less than 1 mile to Target, Reasor's, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts & multiple restaurants
- Less than 2 miles to Expo Square & Golden Driller
- 3 miles to Utica Square; St John Hospital
- 5 miles to downtown Tulsa; St Francis Hospital
- 6 miles to Tulsa International Airport

Mint is located on a quiet street in a midtown neighborhood. It includes driveway and street parking with limited access to full size garage.
Please do not tamper with any security cameras. They are installed for guest and property safety.

Impressed

I wanted something clean and close to the Sagenet Center. This was probably the cleanest place I’ve stayed. It was in a nice neighborhood and very close to everything- including the Sagenet Center. We felt safe here and had no issues. My husband loved the heat switch in the bathroom during his showers lol. Communication was excellent-no matter what hour. Definitely would stay here again!
