「Communication was excellent. Location was great for what adventures we had planned. The basement apartment had everything we needed. The two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom was well equipped. Only thing that we did not enjoy was zero windows or way to see outside. Great place of you need a place to sleep, eat relax outside and quiet. 」

「Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! 」

「This was an exceptional rental. Although the house is small every space was used to the fullest! Everything needed for cooking, and cleaning was available! The house was clean and super comfortable. 「We loved it! Property was private, cabin was exactly as pictured but even better! Americana Decor was an added touch for the 4th of July. Was super clean. We used fire pit each night and the hot tub. You could hear Swallow Falls We would definitely recommend and would go back! Our first Vrbo experience, we were pleased!」

「The inside of the house was very clean and very tastefully decorated. The view was out of this world! The one thing that we would like to note, is that prior guests left large dog poop on the balcony that was not cleaned up by the staff. In addition, there was a bag of dog poop left in front of the home. Everything else was excellent and we still appreciate it being dog-friendly.」
