quiet clean and welcoming. Parking is a challenge but you either can score a free spot or pay until 6pm (it's then free until the morning). walkable to the central area and view of the Po... pleasantly surprised

Staff very helpful, when we arrived it was quite late and the reception staff pointed us in the direction of food which was very helpful. We also needed to stay an extra night because of adverse weather and travel on Motorbike restricted, again receptionist was very helpful and managed to sort room for us to stay

Good location, good service

No complaints, good service, nice room with a lovely view. The tv had all smart features disabled which was disappointing (as meant couldn’t watch Netflix ect even though was a smart tv), and there weren’t any recycling facilities, but otherwise no suggestions for improvement.

Unfortunately, we were given a dirty room and of course we were not happy. The receptionist was also not very friendly. She didn't even tell us what time breakfast was, I had to ask. After we changed rooms, I can say that the cleanliness was ok and the room was comfortable.

Overall very good but check in was 1hr after published time and there was confusion about the payment, we received 3 emails to say they had taken our money - unnerving as it felt we were being overcharged. On our return home we will be double checking our bank statements

Quarto muito bom, espaçoso e limpo. Fica a uns 30 minutos caminhando do Museu Egípcio. A única coisa que deixa a desejar é que não há muitas opções para comer perto do hotel e também não há nenhum mercadinho próximo.
