Very nice place

Property is amazingly clean and organized. Positioned in a very central area. The tenant is very nice and very willing to help. The only thing to improve is the shower size. Even my wife with her 155 cm find it too small. For me it was very unconfortable.

Check in procedures are not listed fully correctly on hotels.com for arriving after 8pm. This could be clearer However, Maria and her team were great! Really polite and friendly. They were also very accommodating and flexible to help us with everything and ensure our stay went well. Great location and I was happy with everything. Thank you!

Well located

Well located, close to buses and trams, But the parking is at 500 m without possibility of dropping the luggages. The shower is quite tiny for this largeappartment… Well equipped Warm welcomes!

Unpleasant stay / rip off

Not sure why this place is so good rated, but our experience was not pleasant. First of all, the owner is not responsive AT ALL, other staff also not much, so if you have issues, deal with it yourself. We were also charged 20euro “fine” arriving 20min after 8pm, although we informed the staff way upfront explaining that due to the floods in Italy all the trains had massive delays, they didn’t care and asked to pay. For 20min 20 euro, we found it very unfair especially as our delay was caused by the natural disaster! In addition our check in took 40min!!! Lady didn’t speak English, asked to pay for the apartment although it was already paid, needed to follow up on things, etc. The apartment itself is dark and cold, the shower is super small, internet slow…no water, coffee/tea provided and even no sugar/salt…To conclude, it was an unpleasant and unwelcoming stay, the only good thing is the location but for sure you can find a better place for the same price! So if you have a choice, wouldn’t suggest to choose this apartment.

Très bon court séjour en famille

Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée et nuit dans cet établissement. Très propre, confortable et conforme aux photos. Accueil facile et agréable. Toutes les informations pratiques, clés, stationement, parquemètre sont données lentement et montrées de façon à ce que nous les comprenions bien. Je recommande vivement cette résidence hôtelière pour une visite de Turin !

Établissement et environnement parfaits Maria a su être très compréhensive et serviable en nous attendant après l’heure du check in (7heures de bouchons coincés sur l’autoroute) L’appartement est très bien et la petite cours très agréable Un petit écrin dans Turin Seul bémol : hôtels.com indique un parking alors que ce n’est pas le cas Maria nous a indiqué un parking public sécurisé à 5 minutes à pieds très bien

La nostra esperienza al Residence il Nespolo è stata più che positiva. La casetta era molto accogliente e con tutti i comfort. Il livello di pulizia ottimo e l’accoglienza di Maria è stata il top. La posizione è strategica per muoversi a piedi nel centro storico e nel parco del Valentino. La sera abbiamo sempre cenato a casa perché c è un supermercato proprio lì vicino e grazie ad una cucina super attrezzata sono riuscita a preparare ottime cene. Ringrazio ancora Maria per la sua Cortesia e Attenzione!!!!
