"We just completed a 2-night stay at Otel Zade. We've been travelling through Turkey for more that 2 weeks and this was, by far, the best place we've stayed. From the room, to the breakfast, to the front desk, everything was perfect. House cleaning was very efficient, the front desk staff were helpful, and the breakfast help ensured that there was plenty to eat and that the large seating area was cleaned promptly. I can't imagine a better hotel in all of Erzurum."
"Very nice hotel. We had to book very late because we could not get to our intended destination. They took care of us and made sure we had great rooms. Very nice breakfast."
"The hotel is comfortable and good value. The heating however was too hot which affected our sleep. We had to turn off the radiator and open the window! "
"the hotel is clean and breakfast was ok what i dont like is the staff doesnt even know how to smile… only one person who treat us good.. there is no tissue in room anf asking few times but no one come give us the tissue…
and what more ridiculous is we need to buy a mineral water… never been in the hotel that not give at least a mineral water…"
