凡城圖舒巴酒店住宿推介

「We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. 」

「This is the best hotel I have stayed in since my month-long trip in Turkey. The quality and facilities are the best and modern. The furnishings is very new, the lighting is great, the air conditioning is comfortable, there is also a floor heating system, and the breakfast is delicious and diversed. I'm very satisfied. Some disadvantages are that the Dolmus from Otogar to the city center is almost full in the afternoon and evening, so I can only reach the hotel by taxi. And the hot water bottle...

「Very friendly staff and helpful , well cleaned , breakfast was good and location very good, direct in the city center.」

「Very clean and nice and good location」

「Polite and kindly people」

「Toprak is a family hotel and well located in the center of Van , very suitable for reaching any destination and buses. The staff are very respectful and fluent in English and they are so helpful. The owner is very familiar with the area so he will suggest places that are less known . Overall I enjoyed my stay .」

「Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü ve kibarlardı erken checkin konusunda çok yardımcı oldular.」

「The rooms were very spacious. The staff were very attentive. And the breakfast was magnificent. I definitely recommend it.」

「Needs more perfection and cleaning to be satisfied!」

「The room was clean and beautifuly designed, breakfast was good but not great, staff very helpful and very good location near everything. Happy to stay again.」

「The room was not clean enough and you could see the stains and hairs everywhere on the walls, doors, even on sheets and the bed.」

「Royal Berk Hotel in Van is a good choice for a few nights’ stay. While you shouldn’t expect the same facilities and services as major hotel brands, it is much better than many hotels in its category. The bathroom could use some maintenance and repairs, which are mainly the owner’s responsibility. The staff are excellent and very friendly, and the rates are reasonable. Overall, it offers good value for money.」

「otel çok yeniydi oda hem yeni hem eşyaları güzel hemde temizdi kahvaltısı açık büfe ve çalışanlar inanılmaz kibar ve güler yüzlüydü 10 puan olsa 10 puan verirdim」
