「The room was clean and well stocked. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and excercise room were all in great shape. Breakfast was very good also. But the best part of my stay was the entire staff. Super friendly and helpful. I've always stayed here in the past and see no reason to ever stay anywhere else. A+」

「Not clean Staff not helpful and they had office locked up u could not get help during the day They never cleaned the room in the 4 night we stayed there we had to beg for clean towels and wash clothes.」

「Room was nice with good bed , shower and state of are toilet. Only trouble was 3 large trash cans were out side our area and when opening door flys would get into room. Large TV, modern digital wall heater in bathroom by shower, and massage chair were a great addition. All in all a pleasant room to stay overnight.」

「The chair in my room (Room 304) had a broken leg (completely broken off). I went to move it and the chair fell to the floor.....someone strategically set the leg back under the chair. That could have been a huge safety liability. I can't imagine that the floor could have been vacuumed without the staff experiencing the same collapse. I reported this to the front desk.....hoped they replaced the chair. The bathroom had a few wall patches that needed painted. I have stayed here several times...

「There were stains on the sheets and the toilet kept clogging each time. The front desk lady said, the stains are bleach stains on the white sheets. Would not change the sheets for my daughter.」
