「Bathtub had a couple spots of mold around it. Bathroom vent cover was hanging from ceiling. There was dirt under bathroom sink. Bathroom sink water took at least 10 minutes to warm up. Also, not very soundproof rooms and doors, could hear everything from around us. And when neighbors came and left it sounded like our door was the one being opened and closed. 」
