"5 min from downtown. This was such a convenient location!! I loved the fire pit area and the pool. Pool open until 11PM which is why I chose this hotel. I didn’t eat the breakfast but it was probably one of the best free breakfasts that I’ve seen. Mini omelets, bacon, make your own waffles and all the usual stuff. Room could’ve been vacuumed better and that’s my only complaint. Already making plans to come back! Right in the middle of the magic theatre and Tuscan Tavern & Grill. Oh and they let me check in 2 hours early!!!!!!"

"Love the place but get noisy at night. The restaurant is very bad. Food prices doesn’t match the quality. Service is terrible, we get our food about 35 minutes but the other couples are walking out. Don’t eat there, please go to other places"

"We stayed 3 nights, and housekeeping did not come in one time. We only had shampoo for one day. We also ran out of toilet paper. Trash was super full. Also bathroom in lobby area was completely out of toilet paper."

"Room 215 provided a beautiful view of Lake Geneva. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Very small cafe with no seating downstairs opposite check-in. The Oak and Oar restaurant had a nice view of the lake but we did not eat there. We would stay at this very quiet hotel again."
