"We got there late but the key was waiting for us with a map to the cabin. There was a huge snow storm that night and the power went out but it was restored by morning. The staff was really helpful and communicated very well! It made all the things that happened seemed like it was just part of the adventure. We loved it, just wish we could have stayed another night! Definitely recommend! "

"This is such a a cool vacation spot! Close enough to the mountains to ski or board and so remote and unique. The hot tub was a huge bonus after a long day. Also communication with the hosts was straightforward and timely. You definitely need 4wd and snow tires in the winter if there is snow but we were prepared and it was not a problem."

"The property is beautifully located along a creek and surrounded by trees and wildlife. Very peaceful and quiet. A bit hard to find and directions do not quite match signage but the location couldn't be better for quick access to the Maroon Bells Wilderness or into Aspen proper."

"Checkin was seamless. Cabin was a little dirty in some areas, but well appointed. No hair dryer, which was an issue due to such cold temps. Very cute cabin in very scenic area. As advertised, definitely need 4x4 to reach the cabin. What is not explained until you read the house rules printed in the cabin is that snow plowing is rare and no set times. So, if you have plans and are receiving heavy snowfall, you may have to cancel those plans as snow plow timing and availability are not promised."

"The cabin was impeccably clean, with room for 5-6 people comfortably. The hot tub was one of the cleanest hot tubs I've seen at a VRBO or similar property. The view is spectacular and you truly feel secluded. The kitchen is great my only suggestion is that if you're planning on cooking all of your meals bring your own knives, but otherwise, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. :)"
