Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

GUEST COUNT
● Sleeps 20 comfortably. Maximum 30 people on the property at any time
(adults + children, excluding infants under 1), whether overnight or
visiting. Please provide an accurate count when booking.

WISCONSIN GUEST REGISTRATION
● Per state licensing (ATCP 72.16), all guests 18+ must complete a
registration form before check-in. A secure link will be provided.

the deposit is received.

high-quality stay. Fully refundable within 3–5 business days after
checkout if no damages or rule violations are found.

sole discretion over deposit deductions for issues including:
exceeding guest limits, property damage, rule violations, or alerts
from noise monitors and security cameras.

● Deposit refunds are managed solely by BTS and are not controlled
by VRBO, the guest, or any third party.

● Payment of the Host Safety Deposit confirms acceptance of all house

The house was perfect for a lovely family holiday! We had 11 adults, 4 kids, and 1 dog this year. There was plenty of room for everyone to have a great time. The house is stocked full of games and recreational areas (e.g., the kidquarium was a huge hit with our kids, as was the golf simulator). The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home for a large group. There is plenty of seating. We also have some elderly family members with accessibility challenges, but there were no issues as the house is very accessible. The house was very clean and meticulously maintained. The surrounding area is nice and quiet! Basically we loved staying here and have no issues or challenges to report!

If it was possible to give this host and property more than five stars, we would! Mike was extremely responsive with any questions (even on Thanksgiving day!) and provided detailed and clear check in/check out instructions and misc. details about the property. The kids LOVED the kidquarium and game table/tablet. The house had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay. Our family would highly recommend this host and property.

Let's start with the positive--this place was PERFECT for what our large extended family was looking for. We had about 24 (adults & kids) folks total for a mini family reunion/lake (adjacent) weekend. The sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly, with plenty of bed space and individual bedrooms. The firepit area ROCKED. Loved the swinging benches, great spot to wind down at the end of the evening. We LOVED the pool/golf sim area. The younger kids especially spent hours and hours in there. The place was very tidy, and had a few extra perks we weren't expecting. There's a waffle bar full of all types of mix-in's and toppings. The coffee station was also a lifesaver and all the little games/activities made us never want to leave the house. Mike was also extremely responsive throughout the lead-up and during the actually weekend. Very appreciative of that.Now the negative--the noise-monitoring system caused quite a bit of concern throughout. We had no idea how "loud" we were being just by being indoors (with all doors/windows shut, given how hot it was). We triggered the system several times (not just during the 'quiet hours') throughout the weekend, even though we were just playing games and telling stories. We came to the conclusion that although the home comfortably fits large groups, you'll inevitably trigger the noise-monitoring system. If you'll have 10 people and think you'd all be sitting around chatting, especially at night, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Late Family Christmas

There were so, so many activities for everyone, every age! Of course the “kidquarium” / pool and golf simulator (doubled as a big movie theater) were some faves. The shuffleboard, ping pong table and infinity digital game board were also pretty popular. Mike, our host, did not miss a detail! The house was filled with comfy, clean and fun furniture, including the bean bag chairs for kids and adults. Cords (yes, cords for Apple and Droid) and spaces to charge electronic devices available! Very well maintained and thoughtfully decorated. We enjoyed the coffee, pancake and waffle bars that were all fully stocked and the Valentine’s Day decos and treats that were also provided! Also very pet friendly, made it easy to clean up after our pets. Very much appreciated by this family of dog owners, we were so grateful to be able to bring them along. There were some hiccups with codes on the doors, little ones love pushing buttons and had us locked out a few times, but Mike was super quick to respond to help. Only other concern was with noise restriction. We were a large, busy group, having a little too much fun, needed to tone down a bit due to sensitive neighbors. A lengthy review, but so many things to appreciate in this space! We were blessed with these accommodations and location, would definitely recommend!

A Perfect Christmas Holiday Stay For Our Family!

My family and I stayed at English Prarie BNB for Christmas in 2024 (i.e., 11 adults, 4 kids, 2 dogs). It was perfect!!! The host Mike was quite communicative and his attention to detail was second-to-none. The property felt like a home away from home. It was fully decorated for the holidays, complete with a tree and holiday lights and red table runners and cute little candy cane drawer pulls and a hundred other small holiday-themed details all over the home which were so thoughtful!!! The host even left us with a Christmas tree decorating kit. The Kidquarium was meticulously maintained and the kids had a blast, the golf simulator was awesome, and the house was loaded up with many fun games for kids. We loved the electronic game table and shuffle board and ping pong table. The fully stocked coffee bar was great! The beds and linens were clean and crisp and comfortable, HVAC was perfect, and the property was accessible for kids and seniors alike. It was big enough so we could be together as much as we wanted, but there are also little break away rooms for people who wanted a little more alone time. Mike also put CO and smoke detectors throughout the home (excellent!), and cell phone chargers everywhere with USB Types A and C and USB Micro connectors everywhere. This kitchen was well-appointed with all the dishes and flatware and cups we needed (perhaps enough to entertain 25 or more people!). The home was quiet and huge. The flat screen TVs were great. Highly recommended!!!

Our family had a blast! Everyone from ages 4 months to 64 years old had a great time. This house was perfect for hosting a large multi-family gathering. Rainy weather did not ruin our trip since there was so much to do inside. The kids enjoyed the bounce house, the digital game table, board games, and of course the pool! The host went above and beyond with special touches including having burp cloths, a soothing noise machine, and a nursery room set up! They even had an extra place to put the baby on the first floor. The location was convenient to the water ski show on the lake and our family enjoyed that too. Minor downsides-- nearby a main road (can hear/see cars when outside), keypad locks were a little confusing. Overall we had a fantastic experience and the kids are already asking to go back.

This house has everything you need for a great getaway! It was clean, very well-appointed, and had lots of space to spread out. The beds were comfy, the coffee bar was well stocked, and there was even a station set up with waffle mix, makers, and fixins'. We stayed at this property to celebrate Christmas. 14 adults, 8 children, and 2 dogs. The house layout was great for a large group with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The kidquarium was a huge hit, and we also really enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and playroom with a bounce house. The kids even played on the outdoor playset a bit. We didn’t use the outdoor fire pit, but it looked so inviting.

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay with the whole family. The accommodations are perfect! The temperatures were cold during our stay and kept us inside except at night when the fire pit was used. The kids sure enjoyed that. There is so much to do inside the kids were never bored. The owner is a pleasure to work with. He is always a text away. He even came in the evening to help us when we couldn’t figure out how to use the golf simulator. No complaints at all!

Family trip

We gather our family together every year for a long weekend. This was our second year here and we enjoyed ourselves once again. We preferred the pontoon boat over the surrey. The property is not conducive to riding on the roads…they’re pretty busy and the cars drive fast. Otherwise we were very happy!

My company's stay at this VRBO was successful due to the host being so accommodating. We arrived to the place in perfect condition - very clean. The spaces were even better than the listing - very spacious and plenty of seating for our large team. If in Lake Geneva again, we would absolutely stay at this property again.

This place was great for our group of 20. Plenty of space for everyone and we loved all the included amenities and activities on site. We had one small issue come up and the host went above and beyond to make everything right and then some.

Parents and older teen

These were mostly 17-18 year old teenagers with some parents. Still- the kids loved the pool, hot tub and fire pit. They played Xbox stayed up too late, and made memories. Mike did everything possible to make our stay great. He wanted us to have a great time. Kids would have liked the music a little louder at times but we were trying to be respectable to some sensitive neighbors. The place has everything (except a pen 😂). Don’t bring phone chargers. They’re everywhere. Housewarming gifts were a nice touch. It really was perfect for us and had lots of room.

Excellent house

We rented the property with 5 adults and 10 kids. It was impeccably clean and the layout of the house was perfect where we had so much room and didn’t feel on top of each other. Communication with the owner was great and there was not one thing that we could complain about. We will definitely be back.

Winter get away

Beautiful home and very well furnished. Pool and simulator were a blast. Host left a surprise treat of s’mores and cookie cake, the kids loved this. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to enjoy a large family get together.

If I could give a 6 star rating I would!

Over the top rental home! This is a great property with lots of attention to small details like multiple charging cords for electronic devices placed around the home to multiple tables for eating, working puzzles or playing games. It was the right mix of fun and relaxing. The host was super responsive and made us feel right at home from the minute we walked in the door. It is convenient to area attractions, restaurants and shopping. I can't say enough great things about this home. We would definitely stay here again!
