"I arrived at the hotel only to find out that it was closed, despite having a confirmed reservation. I attempted to contact them by phone multiple times, but no one responded. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. In the end, I was forced to find a last-minute alternative at the hotel further down the avenue. "Das sogenannte Compfort Zimmer war für die Preis-Leistung veraltet. Das Matratze war durchgelegen. Nach diesen ersten Eindrücken habe ich es dann auch vermieden die Sauna zu benutzen, die eh nicht an war. Sollte erstmal wieder etwas auf einen neueren Stand gebracht werden.
