"The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. On stripping of the beds as requested by the cleaning company notes left in the chalet, my daughter was quite upset to discover a dodgy looking yellow stain on the mattress protector under the bottom sheet and also on the pillows. "I can't fault the cleanliness of hotel. Reception polite My only grievance was faint but growing smell of sewage in bathroom l stayed in room 3. I should have mentoned it to staff but did not wish to make issue in case another guest overheard. I only stayed 1 night as booked but would have mentioned it and asked to change rooms if longer stay. I have stayed at here few times previously without any fault . "
