「Pretty basic hotel but very clean」

「The staff was fine and the room was clean. The room description said it came with a trundle bed, which it did not. Also, the closet and shelf space were not what we expected. We came in from the states in the winter and needed more room to hang our belongings.」

「Good location with nice view. 20mins walk to Old city. Ok with the amenities. However it is an old fashion hotel with rude staff.」

「the beds are very small, and not stable. every turn I wake up afraid to fall. the room very small, very basic. the hotel very noisy, you can hear everything. there was a concert in the back of the hotel so there was so much noise since 17.00 until 1.00 am so we could not rest at afternoon or sleep at night. no parking!! (we were promised free parking) 」

And then we had to call the reception again, and they sent someone to give us some small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The following day still no one had the shower gels bottle refilled. We had to call the reception again and then they had someone sent us a big bottle of shower gel. until the day we checked out, the original bottles of shower gel in the room were still...
