1) Lack of socket in the room. I need to unplug the tv so that the socket can be used for charging my phone. Or i have to use the socket located near the toilet side which is so inconvenient.
2) The outdoor hotspring is so small.
3) We have called concierge for getting the shuttle bus service from ropeway station to hotel but they said the service is only available between bus terminal and hotel. So we have to walk from ropeway station to bus terminal after we get off from the ropeway after visiting the tree monsters at peak.
