You will find a beautiful basement apartment built in a modern style, newly furnished, with its own front door, large windows, and a wonderful view of nature. Access is via a staircase. The 38 sqm apartment features a bedroom with a double bed. The living area is equipped with a sofa that can be converted into an additional sofa bed for up to two people. A kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, four-burner cooktop, and microwave is available. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet, and washbasin. A very nice terrace allows you to enjoy views of Heiligenberg Castle and the Salem Valley. Please note that children are only allowed to stay in the accommodation from 12 years of age.



The accommodation is located in Überlingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, in a rural setting. The nearest grocery stores are about 5 to 8 km away. There are three very nice and good restaurants in the village, two of which are within walking distance. You will find numerous leisure activities such as cycling tours, walks, thermal and leisure baths, or museum visits. The trade fair in Friedrichshafen is only 32 km away and can be reached by bus and train. By bus, you can reach nearby towns such as Überlingen, Meersburg, or Pfullendorf; the bus stops are about five minutes away on foot. From Überlingen or Salem, you can also take the train to Friedrichshafen.
