The well-furnished holiday apartment “Adler 1 Erdgeschoss” is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Überlingen and is only a short bike ride the banks of Lake Constance. The 51 m² apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television and a highchair. You can start the day with coffee and breakfast on the private open terrace next to the shared garden or spend the evenings there with a glass of wine and tasty home-cooked dinners. The nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk (500 m) away, a bakery can be found after an 8-minute walk (650 m), a pharmacy is 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk away, and you can reach a restaurant 500 m or a 7-minute walk away from the apartment. From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, an 18-minute drive (15 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing a 30-minute drive (27 km) from Überlingen or across the nearby Austrian or Swiss borders.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets and Kids are not allowed. A washing machine and a dryer can be provided on request and free of charge. Coffee for the first morning is included in the price.
