我來自香港，班機是星期二才到Amsterdam, 已預先在email同這店溝通，但對方並沒有回覆怎樣可協助我check in, 最後我只有用多2300元book另一hotel入住。覺得非常氣憤!

We had a lovely holiday despite the negatives I'm about to list. If Europarcs implement improvements this could be a lovely park to stay in! The cleanliness of the property was poor, there were cobwebs everywhere, not just one or two but down behind everything was matted with them, the downstairs toilet was smelly. It seemed like the "broom clean" you're asked to leave it is all that you arrive to. Didn't help that the attachments did not fit the vacuum so i was unable to remedy myself! The AC was leaking significantly which we reported but was not resolved despite assurance an engineer would be sent. This was particularly inconvenient as it was a very hot week. There are no doors between ensuite and the room which is a privacy issue ehen using facilities but also the heat/moisture from showering fills the room making it even warmer than it is already. The facilities looked good, the swimming pool was small but adequate, the sauna however requires a daily deposit of 38 euros and can only be used during reception opening hours of 9-5. It would have been nice to use in the evening, same with the pool. The restaurant was nice and we enjoyed an evening there. The shop was poorly stocked and not open the day we arrived. We made use of other supermarkets including Albert Heijn in nearby Marken. It was a handy location to access lots of places/activities outside of Amsterdam and you could use public transport to access Amsterdam itself. FYI the bus is expensive, train l

Leider war unser Haus ziemlich schmutzig. Dass schon länger nicht mehr ausreichend geputzt wurde, sieht man. An den Vorhängen kleben etliche Insektenleichen. Das Haus voller Fliegen und Spinnen. Hatte mir selbst Fliegenfallen und Mückenstecker gekauft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, beantwortete alle unsere Fragen geduldig und ausführlich. Die Parkanlage ist insgesamt super schön, die Umgebung für einen Stadtmenschen einfach Atemberaubend. Schwimmbad, Indoorspielplatz, Restaurant und Snackbar waren, entgegensätzlich anderer Bewertungen bei uns immer offen und zugänglich. Die Spielplätze für die Kleinen top. Der Strand ist klein, sauber. Wir sind daher lieber nach Zandvoort und Bergen aan Zee an den Strand gefahren. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen Lebensmittelmarkt. Parken direkt vorm Haus, super. Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt, aber an der Sauberkeit und Hygiene muss gearbeitet werden !

Quiet & Great views away from city

We loved staying outside of the busy Amsterdam area. Only a few suggestions. We didnt get the email that explained things for Euro Parc along with the park infornation. We didn't realize that towels weren't included, along with toilet paper and just regular supplies that usually are provided when we book through Hotels. Luckily we found a little grocery store to get tp and because after we dropped ofc our luggage didn't get in until later in the evening, the maintenance people helped find us towels. But that being said- it was wonderful, the views are beautiful, quiet, and the neighbors were so friendly. We loved the ducks and rabbits on the back steps every morning.

The concept is great and the house is located next to the natural reserve. The house comes with free parking and it's only 30 minutes drive to Amsterdam city center. Birds and ducks came to visit us every morning and they are very friendly. There is also a small beach that we can take the dog there to play in the morning when there's no one there. The dog also got a small welcome gift with a toy inside. The location and premise are beautiful and quiet. We have requested a house with fenced garden to let the dog go out. However part of the fence was missing so we had to use garden chairs to block the entrance. The lawn was not well maintained so there were a lot of bold patches. The garden furniture has no cushion so we did not use them at all. The house was not cleaned properly after the previous guests and the rooms especially the bedroom with the bathroom on the ground floor had very very strong moldy smell that we could not use. When we wanted to keep that door shut, the door knob was also broken and I almost cut my finger. The garbage from the previous guests was left at the doorstep when we checked in. The website says you will have full-automatic or nespresso coffee machine. We ended up with a very basic filter coffee machine without any filter paper. The oven was greasy and smelly. The check-in hour was too short. Even though on its website it says 4-6pm, we were asked to arrive before 4pm in order to get the keys. The reception closed at 4pm.

It is located in a nice surroundings, the houses are nice. But it wanst clean enough when we entered the house and internet doesnt work in some houses. If you need wifi connection dont come to stay here.
