"Maki is an outstanding host- very communicative and replied to my questions within minutes. The apartment was just as described- perfect for our small group. We loved that there was a washer and balcony with a line to dry our clothes. We really enjoyed the neighborhood! Lots of restaurants and a grocery store around the corner. Highly recommend!"

"Perfectly located for exploring the city and sights. Generally clean and tidy with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and well payed out. Sofa needs replacing as very uncomfortable, under the beds could do with a clean. Located next to a railway line which trains run very frequently, above a Karaoke bar which does go on until 03:00. But you do get used to it. "

"My stay here was amazing . Walking distance to the trains. 711 and plenty of restaurants around the corner. I loved that there was a washing machine in the unit . I was able to wash and air dry my clothes. Checking in and out was a breeze. I highly recommended this hotel . "

We were lucky to find this listing in a quiet, residential neighborhood but with amazingly convenient access to the rest of the city via the train. The home is quite large for Tokyo, and my family and I felt very comfortable. Our property manager made it very easy for us to check in, access any amenities and answer any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here and would do so again. "

"◇不具合対応 　◎チェックイン後、電球が切れていたが、連絡後15分という短時間で対応してくれた。素晴らしい。 ◇立地 　◎駅・スーパーが近くて便利。 　◎住宅街で道を挟んでお寺のため基本的に静か。 　△窓が1重のため車の通る音と1日に数回救急車か消防車のサイレンが聞こえる。 ◇建物・構造 　◎小型ビルで3階建ての1階部分(1フロア1世帯構造)、中2階の位置。 　△窓から道行く人と目線が合うことはないが、窓際から見下ろせば見られてしまう。 　×構造上、上階居住者の出入り口が隣同士となっているため、玄関ドアの開閉音や階段の上り下りが聞こえる。 　△上階から声含め生活音は基本的に聞こえないが、引戸音と水が流れる音が何度かした。 ◇設備・アメニティ 　◎生活に必要なものは基本的にすべてあり。（×ただし歯ブラシはなかった） 　○自炊もある程度は可能、調理器具は問い合わせに回答いただいた。冷蔵庫も大きめ。 　◎電気ポットもあり便利 　×エアコンが寝室にしかない 　△ダイニングテーブルが少し小さい 　◎リビングダイニングのメインライトが調光可能 　○いろいろ絵が飾られていておしゃれ"
