There isnt really a reception or room service of any sort so if u need anything like a spare pillow there is no ody to speak to. However the room was modern amd clean. "My room was clean and well-kept. Comfortable bed and excellent walk-in shower. Ample buffet breakfast is available for 17 Euros. The front-desk staff is helpful and friendly, and they speak English. The hotel location is convenient, just a 12-minute walk from the train station in Fulda. When a taxi is needed, the front desk makes a call and the cab appears in a few minutes."
