"The resort was a spectacular ending to our Italian trip. Upon reaching the resort, we were met with Federica. Super nice, very accommodating, helpful, and overall very professional. She allowed us to check in early as the room had already been cleaned. She walked us through the entire resort which is beautiful. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. "A lovely hotel with an excellent location. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. The bell staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. However, my experience with some members of the front desk team was less positive. At times, interactions felt unwelcoming, and I did not feel acknowledged when approaching the desk with questions. On a few occasions, there appeared to be a lack of engagement or eye contact, which made the service feel somewhat impersonal. Overall, the hotel offers strong accommodations and amenities, but there is an opportunity to improve consistency in front desk hospitality."

"Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. The garden full of lemon and orange trees. Pool was lovely too, Rosario who looked after everything at the pool was a delight, nothing too much trouble. Unfortunately the rest of the staff weren't particularly friendly which was a shame, especially at breakfast. Overall though we had a great time at this lovely hotel."

"I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Villa Maria Theresa. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The property buildings and gardens were beautiful. The beachside location was picturesque and convenient provided reserved sun umbrella and loungers. The highlight was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to assist multiple times. Truly a wonderful experience guest experience. Can’t wait to return."

"This place felt real special - the views were absolutely spectacular, the landscaping immaculate and the staff were most helpful. The choice of food available at breakfast was impressive and the restaurant at sunset was romantic. The stairs to and from the beach were a good form of exercise and the private beach was enjoyed by us each day (sometimes twice a day)! We highly recommend and will definitely be back."

"Five-star experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. We loved the flexible beach shuttle service; our driver even went out of his way to show us the route to our next day's tour port.
