"Casa molto bella, nuova e confortevole, anche se molto appartata e isolata dal mondo, quindi consigliata a famiglie numerose o gruppi. L'unico problema riscontrato è che siamo stati una settimana senza linea telefonica cellulare, anche se la casa è dotata di un apparecchio telefonico attivo, ma senza adsl...quindi si può dire un po' isolati dal mondo. Ci hanno detto che il problema lo stava risolvendo la Telecom, quindi ad oggi non so se è stato risolto."

"The view from Casa Belvedere is spectacular. We enjoyed the chance to sit on the terrace and experience the beauty of Gaeta and the rustic and quaint nature of the apartment. The steps down to the port (160) were a challenge but great exercise. However, the apartment could use some added touches similar to what we have come to experience from VRBOs across Europe. "Unparalleled location. Beautifully situated right on the beach, with numerous shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The only drawback was that the property's air conditioning was not available until later in the summer and operated only during a limited period each day (1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.). As a result, the nights were fairly warm and uncomfortable. Aside from that, this is a stunning hotel in every respect."

"Cute and charming boutique hotel across the street from an amazing sandy swimmable beach. Check in was quick and easy. Hotel staff were fabulous. Loved our ocean front room. We didn’t realize pool didn’t open until June 1. We went to beach club accross the street which was fantastic! Breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend."

"Loved this place and will be returning! The property is stunningly beautiful and the staff were incredibly polite, professional and attentive. The food was amazing, breakfast buffet was delicious and the room was clean and bright just as described. It’s so peaceful that it took a minute to remember how to just “be and not do.” The 4 days we spent there were perfect."

"This place is a little slice of heaven…absolutely gorgeous! It’s located right on the beach. The food was top notch. We arrived and needed dinner, so we ate at their restaurant. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning which was included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is built on the side of a mountain which makes it so lovely, but the driveway in is a bit scary which surprised us. It’s a single lane steep zig-zag switchback. If you are aware and ready for it, it’s ok. But if not, watch out! Also, the only bad thing was that the shower did not drain. We only stayed one night so not a big problem. Other than that it was fantastic!! I would recommend."
