The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house with two other apartments, one near the ground floor which is rented and one on the first floor where the friendly owners live. The terrace covered with vines will allow you to spend wonderful moments in the shade admiring the beautiful colorful flowers of the well-kept garden.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed 160x200, two bedside tables with night lamps, cabinet with mirror, wardrobe, the second bedroom with two single beds 80x200, wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, bed linen is provided (changed weekly) , the bathroom with bathtub, bidet, washing machine, sink with cabinet and mirror, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area with equipped kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer area, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, stove with three gas burners and an electric hob, extractor hood, kitchen utensils. The furnishings are not modern but cleanliness and hospitality are guaranteed. The house offers simple services but you will find everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. * We ask our kind guests:
- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning or the washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.

The pebble beach is 500 m away, the center of Bašanija is 200 m away. In the center of Bašanija you will find restaurants with excellent fresh fish menus, the post office, two bars, the bank, ATM, bakery, greengrocer, a small supermarket, hairdresser.

Nearby is the tourist village Savudrija where you will find tennis courts, mini golf, water sports and other entertainment.
The Adriatic Golf Club golf course with 18 holes is 5 km away, horse riding is 4 km away, cycle paths nearby, the port of Savudrija is 3 km away.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children.
To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited on organized trips.
