“My stay at this hotel on 5 December 2025 was nothing short of a disaster. I checked in around 17:30, and from the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place has no concept of efficiency, professionalism, or basic hospitality. Check-in was unbelievably slow. The staff moved at a glacial pace, and there was zero sense of urgency or competence. After finally getting my room card, I went to the fourth floor, only to discover that my room was wide open and in the middle of active……

“ We loved the garden and it was handy for what we wanted. The pool was not cleaned and there were no sunbeds with cushions or an umbrella. The room was alright and the kitchen, shared, ok. The breakfast was very limited ,cereal ,yogurt and make your own toast and fruit juice. The whole place needs an update and the outside cushions were covered in cat hair.”

“I found it funny that this Bayside is called Bayside Suites when some of the other bayside Hotels are much nicer inside. They must work on this. My room has a hole in the ceiling. They must fix. ”
