This was our first stay at Miss Ceylon and it was one of the best stays we’ve had! We have been to 5* hotels in Bali, Bangkok, Malaysia and Phuket and Miss Ceylon is one of the 5* hotels we are going to add to the list. It has such a trendy, bright, and vibrant feel. I absolutely loved the design of our villa, with the hotel pool right outside, as well as the beautiful shower and bathtub in a private outdoor space (part of our villa). On arrival, Udaya (the Manager) and Shamra greeted us with a smile and helped us to our Villa. The Villa was presented beautifully with decorations on the bed, and a wonderful refreshing coconut drink which was given to us. The hotel staff are VERY hospitable, kind, friendly, happy, and very helpful. They did EVERYTHING to make our stay memorable, warm and welcoming. The chef, Shamra, would ask what we would like for breakfast the next day, and we were given exactly what we had asked for. The breakfast table was presented beautifully, and on time. They knew our routine really well, and adjusted to it accordingly (breakfast, dinner and tea). Not to mention, they were always there to greet us, whether it was early mornings or late nights, and always checked to see if we needed anything. The travelling was made very easy, Sanju (hotel staff) was kind enough to drive us back and forth using his tuktuk, again, he was very hospitable and reliable. The stay at Miss Ceylon is one of the best we’ve experienced, and we are definitely going to book again!
