「We had a great stay at Moorcroft for two nights.
Couple of tips: 1) Exit at Howick off N3 as the roads are paved, 2) Bring rain gear as it rained quite a bit when we were there, 3) Aim to arrive before sunset as it gets quite dark on the roads, 4) The kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m. and there aren’t too many options nearby.
The check-in process was fast and we were shown to our room with a very welcoming ambiance, a large bathroom, and a small outdoor terrace. WiFi was strong. The bathroom could...

「A charming property with a historic main building, cosy communal areas and comfortable chalet-style rooms. The bed was very comfortable, and the included à la carte breakfast was delicious. The pub had a lovely atmosphere, although we didn’t get a chance to eat there. The hot water ran out fairly quickly, but overall we had a very pleasant stay and wished we could have stayed longer than one night.」
