「Stupid idea having to go away from motel to book and then back to motel for the room,westlands does it better but we didn’t know until it was too late,but we certainly do now,Tried to get cooked breakfast but the best offer was toast,really?once again westlands let us in to have breakfast at there hotel,winner!」

「The lack of a lift to the second floor made it difficult to carry cases up to the room. The water from the shower ended up on most of the bathroom floor. The quality of the sound from the TV was poor. It would be helpful to have a rear entrance to the hotel from the car park. We could not get the air conditioner to heat the room. The central location was very good.」
