“A very special hotel. Our stay was fantastic. The restaurant on site was super helpful and the food there was delicious.”

“Average hotel. Old fries behind bedside table. Told maid and reception but took until next day for them to be cleaned. Odd procedures. Dirty towels removed no clean towels provided. One day pillow slips just left on bed.”

“The staff was great. Rooms were nice clean and the beds slept wonderfully. Nice area and a great price. U would definitely stay there again!!”

“Checked in with a third party service. They had my number for reservation and could have called to let me know there was renovations going on and we didn’t have a room. Drove hours to just be told that and drove another hour to another room. Still haven’t gotten a refund of 183 bucks either. Bad business ”

“What a unique and charming hotel. It was easy to get key and drop them off for our rooms. Staff was quick to respond and were great. The rooms are just great. We will stay there anytime we are in El Dorado.”
