「Rooms are dirty. Definitely not a place for a vacation but it will do if it’s a work trip, just needing a place to shower and sleep.」

「very good」

「great」

「I have wrote to this establishment multiple times requesting a refund. No manager contact has been made. Nobody has reached out to me. Me and my kids were just traveling through. I read reviews and did not see anything pertaining to bedbugs and we just needed to sleep for the night so we stopped in. We were there for about two hours laid down and I got bit by a bedbug do not stay here.!!!! BED BUGS!!!!」

「I like the customer service provided, but the first room’s TV did not change channels, so the clerk gave us another room. But, that room had a filthy maxi pad on the side of the toilet and the desk chair was full of dirt and dust.」

「There's not a pool, they dont change bedsheets, knob on cereal dispensers are broken. But in retrospect the beds were comfortable, pillows were great! And AC took a while but eventually got nice and cold. Overall enjoyed the stay and the locals were friendly?」

「Ok」

「First room they put me in the door wouldn’t unlock. Switched me to a second room and the water never got warm. Cold shower only. The “breakfast” is toast, cereal, and coffee. The whole property smelt like it was a cannabis dispensary. Not to mention the deposit when you first get there is cash only that they put into zip lock bags in a drawer. So unprofessionally managed and maintained.」

「Homeless people all around and we watched 2 women smoking a crack pipe on the sidewalk by the hotel. Had to listen to loud people most of the night and then people slamming doors early in the morning. The staff was very nice and the room wasn’t bad.」
