「The Holly Jolly house is a clean SPACIOUS home. There are some contradictions in the descriptions. It sleeps 7 (not 8), unless there's a bed in the LR: a BR with single bed on main floor, and three 2-person bedrooms upstairs (two with queens & one with 2 twins). One queen bedroom has a private full bath, the other two upstairs BRs share a bath with large shower in the upper hall. The downstairs powder room is very tiny, esp. considering the spaciousness of the main floor with its large kitchen,...

「This was our second stay at the Albrecht House in Richmond. We love that there is a nice-sized dining room with larger table in the house - it makes our Thanksgiving celebration the best! Everything was well-appointed and clean. Would highly recommend.」

「The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations.」

「We stayed here 2 nights for an early Thanksgiving Weekend with our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The house is in a wooded setting and was large enough to accommodate our group without feeling crowded. It was very clean and communication was good. Check-in was easy and internet was good. There is no TV so we brought one and a Roku and we were able to stream programs. The kitchen was well supplied with some basic spices and coffee. Additional dishes and silverware would be nice...
