「Everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and incredibly well cared for. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and communicated with us every step of the way. The value for the price was outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!」

「We definitely enjoyed the location of the property. It was close to everything without being right in the middle of town. The yard was nice size and a great addition to the house. The yard had a swing set and fire pit that my kids thought was the greatest. They also have a ping pong table in the basement with a couple kids toys. The house was definitely nice and well worth the stay, host is also very responsive to messages.」

「Nice place conveniently located between The Ark and Cincinnati.」

「We loved our time at this property!! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out with four bedrooms. The pool table and fire pit were a hit for our teenage boys!!」

「This is an older home in a neighborhood, but the home has been totally renovated and is very nice. We only stayed one night on our way home from vacation, but thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was clean and well stocked with anything you would need. Very spacious for our family of five. The outdoor space was nice as well even though we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy it. The beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.」

「They told me I was canceled. The day of my reservation was the day of my husband’s funeral. I was shocked to get this note from you.」

「Great central location in a sub-division. Almost right between the Creation museum and the Ark Encounter where we spent our weekend. Close to many grocery options, including a Kroger. Everything about the house was as expected and as described. Would definitely recommend!」

「Traffic noise was too much」

「Great location for.us.」

「This was a very spacious home and had lots of room for all of our family to enjoy. It was very clean with lots of extra sheets. It was very pretty and well maintained on the outside. However, we had issues with the freezer, ice maker, and air conditioner. The freezer wasnt keeping anything frozen. The ice maker worked when we first came there, but then it stopped. The air conditioning was set at 75 but it couldnt keep the hosue cool. It got up to 80 in the house during the day. We reached out to...

「The house was perfect for our needs and the perfect location to visit the Ark and Cincinnati.」

「very close to Xavier University and host is very helpful」

「Clean well kept property. Thanks for making it so easy. 」

「House was roomy and beautifully decorated. The amenities like soap, coffee and laundry soap were available which made the stay so convenient. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes. Neighborhood was safe with sidewalks to stroll on. Only negatives were frequent trains going by at all times of the day and night. Bed in the main bedroom was comfortable while the other bedroom mattress was not comfortable. The house is close to the Ark but there are few restaurants or other activities close by.」

「2 senior couples visiting Ark Encounter and Creation Museum….conveniently located between the 2 attractions and on a quiet cul-de-sac. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and basically anything you need to prepare a meal. We used the washer and dryer and packed clean clothes for the return home. Spacious and very clean. We stayed in 2 of the 3 bedrooms on upper level with no accessibility issues. There was a lower level which we did not use. Highly recommend.」

「Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom well appointed. All of the kitchen gadgets, coffee, water and the comforts of home.Nice back patio and spacious yard with fire pit.All a traveler could ask for.」
