「Sehr günstige Lage als Ausgangspunkt für die Innenstadt. Eine tolle Suite, die kaum einen Wunsch offen lässt. Leider keine Steckdose für einen Föhn im Badezimmer, ist aber in Zypern kein Einzelfall… das Frühstück ist funktional, ausreichend und wird als Room Service gebracht. Parkplätze auf Einweisung direkt am Hotel, möglicherweise kann das aber knapp werden, wenn man spät kommt.」

「we arrived late to the hotel, first had to pull luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the reception. then when we entered the room it was not as fancy looking as in the pictures, and bath towels were dangling in the bathroom, and we weren't sure if they were clean. bathroom is small and very squished. 」

「It was a pleasant experience staying this hotel. The location was in the residential area in the city. The staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was decent quality food supplied. The building was nice but put some updating decorations will be better.」

We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details. But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave! We have a business meeting that evening so we have no choice but accept. but this is not the worst of what happened. about...
