“My sisters surgery at Shands was postponed and they charged me the full price for both nights! Didn't even let me cancel with a 1 night penalty. That is inhuman.”

“Such a great find! Totally adorable cottages and amenities. Felt like something out of a movie. As everyone else has said, the breakfast was great and so unique. We had the hot tub to ourselves which was good because it’s definitely small but was great to have after a long drive. Pool looked like it could use some TLC but wasn’t bad. Don’t think the heater was on though either. Walkable to several spots. We tried V Pizza and the wings were incredible. Only downside would be that it’s surrounded……

“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“This is A Real good hotel, the way you really want to feel and look like when you PAY to stay at a hotel, very nice and clean, so comfortable, so much space and everything looks bice and the breakfast is like a full time restaurant, very good, yes pool and hot tub are also so nice, thanks.”
