「I wish that we had stayed longer! Unfortunately we only stayed one night. The view was incredible (looking out on to Riegersburg Castle) and the hotel was absolutely lovely. Hotel and room facilities were excellent, staff were excellent, drinking water fountains in the room were a nice touch. The view was amazing (I feel like I have to repeat this because it was so good).
Breakfast was great and we appreciated being able to make our own juice. We had a set dinner in the evening and felt that...
「My booking was prepaid and confirmed, but when me and my family arived, the hotel was closed. We called the numbers provided on their signs for hours but nobody answered. This was at 4pm and the temperature was almost 40c. Not ideal for anyone, let alone with a kid...
When speaking to the neighbors they confirmed that this happended to other guests before and that the owner is away on holiday.
Now I hope they refund the stolen money.
Stay away from this place at all costs!」
