「This place is amazing it’s so beautiful every detail is thought of and the hosts are amazing. For all ages. Going in winter yes can be cold but the house heating and activities were not hindered in any way. We cannot wait to have another stay there soon. Highly recommend. Kids grandparents teens dog all perfect. The animals and wildlife birds echidnas kangaroos deer even the cows we helped feed. 」

「On top of the beautiful drive, we were pleasantly surprised and pleased by how beautiful and beautifully kept the property was. The house was well cleaned and maintained and had everything we needed for the stay. It was also nice and warm by the individual room heaters upon our arrival. We also utilised the wood fire chimney and used the wood provided, to make the place even cosier. The landscapes surrounding the house were breathtakingly beautiful. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful scenery...

「My daughter and I with our dog Charlie had a fabulous 3 night stay. Tiny home was perfect and exactly as described. Beds were so comfortable - including the fold out. We got meal packs which made it even easier. Charlie enjoyed the runs in the front paddock. Plenty of walks, sunsets and sitting around the fire. Family were in the other tiny house and they were separate for privacy and your own space but close enough to hang out together. We plan to come back. Highly recommend. 」

「We stayed at Old Alloway for a long weekend as part of our first-ever book club retreat—and it was a complete success. The house is absolutely stunning, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were nothing short of breathtaking, and the peaceful, secluded setting made it feel like a true escape. Yet, we were only 10 minutes from the heart of Bathurst, which made exploring the local area easy and enjoyable. We thoroughly loved our stay and couldn’t recommend Old Alloway...

「If you want to rent the guest house and the loft to different people who don’t know each other, you need to put a door on the guest house, so the guest house has privacy, as the people that rented the loft had to keep apologetic every single time they walked through, it’s not very fair on the people who rent the guest house, it also gives people the option to leave the door open or closed, both parties felt very awkward.」
