"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had an incredible selection of delicious options. Some of the items were cold by the time I came down but I came late. The airport shuttle was a nice feature but not easy to get from the airport. The link I was given in my email didn’t work. I tried calling for clarification but no one answered and it was just a set message but at least the phone message told me what stop to go to because the information I’d been given sent me to the wrong stop. I tried using the chat feature and no one responded. I arrived at the stop ten minutes before the shuttle was supposed to arrive, but because I’d not reserved 20 min in advance they never came. Finally, found the QR code on a poster at the shuttle stop and was able to reserve, but the whole process was needlessly complicated. Staff at the front desk and at the bar restaurant were so-so and not particularly helpful or friendly. Stil, I would go there again and recommend to a friend looking for a place near the airport."
