“We spent 4 nights at Hotel Panorama. It was convenient to the places we were visiting whilst in Adelaide and it is brand new, so generally everything sparkles! The free parking was appreciated. I had made a change to our booking prior to our visit, which hadn’t updated on the Hotel system when we booked in, however, the reception staff were able to sort it out for us.”

“Even though hotel claimed that there’re free car park, yet it’s very hard to get a slot as it’s always full. Linen are very old and dirty. Location is good. ”

“Hard to sleep throughout the noise due to something in the room or building being loud (my aircon was off so wasn't that like I thought it was). There is no on-site staff. I was sent to the wrong room upon checkin, my code wasn't working, so had to ring to find out why only to be told wrong room. No information provided on amentities where thry were located and the carpark situation unless I contacted the hotel. Pet rule is 1 per room, a couple had 2 with them, I don't like dogs (I didn't see……

“First room they provided me, which I had previously stayed in before had the same broken table in it which hadn’t been repaired even after reporting it on my last stay. They then moved me into another room and found a lot of mould in the shower. They did clean it eventually but then it was hard to enter the room after cleaning due to the amount of bleach used. Very hard to breathe afterwards.”
