"Upon arriving a little earlier than the 2pm check in time we were warmly greeted by the reception staff. I’m pretty sure it was the manager or owner who then proceeded to give me a quick run down of where to eat, grab a coffee as such. We felt very at home with the friendliness of all staff we encountered, the room was very clean, and there was ample off the street parking. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this motel to anybody travelling to Armidale as we will return if and when we travel here again."

"A large comfortable room with queen bed and a lounge. Parking outside the room with large parking bays. Easy check-in. All staff were friendly. I would stay there again. It is on a steep hill, which could be a negative if you have mobility issues. The room door was a bit 'sticky' and needed an extra push to get open and shut."

"The very warm welcome at reception set the tone for our stay at the All Seasons Motel. We were delighted that our room was extremely clean and comfortable. Dinner at the motel's restaurant was priced very reasonably and the menu was extensive. The continental breakfast on the morning of our overnight stay was included in the fee and that was a great start to our day. Unfortunately the sauna and spa at the motel were undergoing renovations and that was our only disappointment. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Congratulations to the proprietors."
