"Our stay was wonderful! Having shuttle to and from the hotel was a great option to get to the nearest subway line, Disneyland and Tokyo Sea. The hotel was clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in and after check out and that gave us time to go out. There also is an airport limousine bus you can book that picks you up from the hotel which was cheap and convenient. The downfall was being far from food places, convenient stores, etc. and we had to Uber Eats food. Other than that, a fantastic stay! "

"Very clean and great customer service. But there’s no proper cutlery set (they gave us plastic spoon and small bowl), dryer function not hot enough. Other than that, all great. Staff is fantastic, location ok. Will come back. "

"The man in the lobby when we checked in was very helpful and friendly, and he ever spoke Spanish to us because he heard us speak it. The room was clean, comfortable, and worth the money. The bathrooms were also clean and warm. The stay was great! Even my picky family liked it there. :)"
