"The only major drawback is the soundproofing of the rooms. You can hear everything going on in the next room. When cleaning the room, they didn't vacuum or wet-mop the floor; they only changed the towels and bed linen. The towels aren't white anymore; they should be renewed. Otherwise, everything is fine!"

Staff are incredibly friendly and quick to resolve any issues, though they can occasionally be a bit importunate. Still, their eagerness to help comes from a good place.
