This holiday home in Urval, Dordogne, a Perigourdine stone house on a 1-hectare grounds, hosts 6 guests in the main house and 2 in an adjacent outbuilding. It offers a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with fireplaces, and a separate living room. The ground floor has a bedroom with a private shower room and bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The independent cottage includes a bedroom, a small living area, and a separate shower room. Outdoors, a terrace with seating, a landscaped park, and a private infinity pool (10m x 5m) overlook the countryside. The property also features a courtyard with parking accessible via a large electric wrought iron gate.



The holiday home is located not far from the centre of the village of Urval (classified village) at about 2 km.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.
