This charming 40 m² ground-floor apartment on Usedom offers a peaceful retreat for two guests, just steps from the water. With a spacious 20 m² terrace, modern amenities, and access to a shared jetty, it’s ideal for unwinding in nature. WiFi, parking, and energy costs are all included, making your stay worry-free.

Usedom, Germany’s second-largest island, boasts 40 km of coastline and up to 100 m wide beaches. With 1917 hours of sunshine annually, it’s perfect for swimming, hiking, fishing, or horseback riding. The island’s natural beauty is matched by its rich history and vibrant culture, making it a year-round destination.

Nearby towns like Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck, and Bansin offer seaside charm, while Usedom town features cozy cafés, shops, and nightlife. Whether you’re soaking up sun on the terrace or exploring the island’s treasures, this apartment promises a rejuvenating escape.
