“The property was fabulous. We loved having the opportunity to take the hotel shuttle to Healdsburg Square.”

When I checked in the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and professional but when he asked his manager a question, she was incredibly rude, because I am a Hilton honors member he was assigning me the same grade room, but one in a better location, she intervened instructing him to give me the worse room and remove my……

“Very clean and comfortable. Good value. Helpful hint: ask for a room that IS NOT STEEET-SIDE. We found the street to be very noisy and room had little noise insulation.”

“We loved our stay at the Calderwood. Tried several Wilson wineries in the area and had great experiences at them all. Enjoyed talking with other guests at breakfast and learning about their favorite restaurants and wineries. Quiet, comfortable room in a charming house with a great front porch.”

“I was under the impression that this hotel was a 5 star facility but it is absolutely not. It has a lovely lobby and the pre-check-in experience was fine but when I arrived, there was no one around except someone who looked like he didn't even work there. No one came to the door to help with bags, and there was no doorman even though the main wooden doors are extremely heavy to open. The person behind the reception barely looked up, offered zero assistance, and provided no information at all……

“The property seemed recently remodeled. The room was small but had everything we needed. It is a 3 story property and there is no elevator. If you have mobility issues be sure to request a room on the 1st floor. Very basic Continental breakfast, cereal, yogurt and bread. There was a waffle maker which was nice and they had a coffee machine that made mochas, macchiatos, mochachinos etc.”
