“The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Although the hotel facilities are starting to show their age and feel a bit dated, everything is well-maintained, bright, and very clean. They offer a convenient complimentary breakfast; however, the seating area in the breakfast room felt a little cramped, so you might have to squeeze in or wait for a table during peak hours.”

“I was looking forward to a quiet night away to relax and get some work done, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, my original room was not ready, so I was reassigned to another room. Unfortunately, that room also appeared to be unprepared. I ultimately decided not to stay because I did not feel comfortable with the condition of the room. The pool was out of service, the fire alarm in the room was not properly installed, and there were numerous signs of wear,……

“Room smelt like smoke and mildew with dirty/damp carpet. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom and only one towel. Exterior door to the building did not lock or have key access- so anyone could walk in. Staff informed me that they typically rent these rooms as weekly rentals to the unhoused community, which is a great service but hard when you’re a travelling family looking for a quiet, clean place to sleep for the night. Pool was also closed.”
